So many users and so few clicks? That can't be good (for AddThis).

About building it in-house - iBegin Share is the perfect remedy ;)

The truth is that “Add This” functionality gets very few clicks on the Topix site. It’s basically a stop-gap for favorites functionality that we didn’t want to build in-house. Given that, and given how few firefox users we have as a percentage of user base, it’s just not a huge concern or priority for us to address at this time.

But topix is an intelligent tech company, not some large behemoth that moves at the speed of molasses.

I wonder if they cared... Too many companies seem to be stuck in the mentality that only ie matters. Firefox is almost to the point where it can't be ignored, but too many still don't get that. Then there's Safari which is way far away in terms of corporate mind-share - despite the number of influential mac users. Foolish. By the way did you ever figure out a fix for this in Firefox... I've never been able to find one.
