They also acquired Lucy and its developers around the same time where spells and song info was skimmed out of the spells.dat file. One of the Alla's devs also worked on SEQ, but I believe by that time they had stopped sending info like how many HP a mob had, how much mana et cetera and simply sent a per cent value to the client.
