So it got there. My package is destined for somewhere in Texas. It just is mind boggling they couldn't find a new one, or retire the old one. On top of that - because of the previously used status, though I've put in a request to 'pick up', they can't completely process it ... because part of the system thinks its already delivered. Ugh!
