In such a case, the traffic is specifically looking for an issue, and someone selling athlete’s food medicine/ointment/whatever could make a lot of money, even from just 100 pageviews a day. Furthermore, in your case - 20k impressions a day means roughly 600k a month. Your CPM is roughly $1.66. This is where a sales force and size counts a lot - Local.com boasts an average CPM of $40. With that CPM (I am sure Local.com does more than 20k impressions a day), you would be making $24,000 a month. How does that sound? :) Yes and no.
