Ahh, I created an account. However, prior to checkout nothing mentions if my $50 is good for the entire mont, regardless of qty of impressions, or, if its good only for 1000 impressions.

Self Service? Am I missing the link to the self service part, Im not seeing it on Blog Flux.

Also, did you build the add management software in house, or, some off the shelf, if so, what product are you using. Thanks.

Even increasing the previous commenter to $6.50cpm, he'd be looking at around $4k a month, which is very livable, unlike his current CPM. But I agree, finding great ways to target sites is key. Love what we are doing with BlogFlux. :)

Yes and no.

In our case, it was extremely targeted. Eg ‘athletes foot’ - we own AthletesFoot.org, and are top 10 in Google for that keyword (we aren’t, I just cited an example).

In such a case, the traffic is specifically looking for an issue, and someone selling athlete’s food medicine/ointment/whatever could make a lot of money, even from just 100 pageviews a day.

Furthermore, in your case - 20k impressions a day means roughly 600k a month. Your CPM is roughly $1.66. This is where a sales force and size counts a lot - Local.com boasts an average CPM of $40. With that CPM (I am sure Local.com does more than 20k impressions a day), you would be making $24,000 a month. How does that sound? :)

interesting post.
although the part about a site with 100 impressions per day making $250 per month sounds hard to believe. i've got a site with 20,000 impressions per day that only makes about $1000 per month from google adsense.
does this mean that using your direct sales method i could be making $50,000?
too good to be true.
