As a leader you have shown your quality. Your ideas and visions are amazing.My boss is the white wizard of the Internet. When he started iBegin.com, I realized that my Boss is not an ordinary Boss, I believed someday he will be on top of the world.I don't say this because I want to wipe my boss ass..no!..but really, frankly I admire his vision..I am a thinker even I am just an employee but my Boss is an extra thinker. As a leader yes you will make a difficult decision, sometimes that decision you yourself will feel bad. I used to make that kind of decision(not as a boss but kind of) and no one like it.I even lost some friends because they didn't know the real situation.
